To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Shaun McNamara, and I am the owner and artistic director of The All Puppet Players. Genevieve Flati is one of my members and this letter is in regards to her performance.

Genevieve is a dedicated, upbeat worker who brings talent and energy to every project we do. Her skills in time management, organization and critical thinking are essential to our productions. Her character is impeccable, being of light heart and quick with laughter and encouragement for others. I have never seen anyone like her. She is a tidal wave of optimism and talent and there is never a day I see her, when she gives anything less than her absolute best.

To be quite blunt, she is a joy to be with and would make an excellent addition to any company she works for.

I assure you she did not write this, and sadly I was not bribed to say nice things about her! She is, in all honesty a “keeper”.

Sincerely,

Shaun McNamara

To Whom it May Concern,

My name is Brett Barlow, and I have been with Ringling Brothers and Barnum and Bailey Circus since 1993.  I have worked with countless performers, people from all over the world.  I have recently had the pleasure of working with Genevieve Flati.  I found her to be a tireless performer, one who always went out of her way to involve individual audience members, but who could also play to the whole arena when necessary.  I have never known her to miss a performance, and I always was left with the impression that she loved every moment that she had to perform on the floor during the show.  It has been my pleasure to watch her work, and I look forward to working with her again one day.

I you have any questions of me, please do not hesitate to contact me.

To Whom It May Concern:

I am writing regarding the potential employment of Mrs. Genevieve Flati. I have had the distinct honor to work alongside such a remarkably talented team player. As a member of the world famous Ringling Bros. and Barnum and Bailey Clown Alley, Genevieve was a true clown super star and a favorite amongst our thousands of guests. I have had the privilege to work daily with Mrs. Flati from November 2012 to November 2013. As her boss, I was able to rely on Genevieve to perform daily tasks and never doubted her ability to take charge of any situation presented to her. Each week while performing in our hour long All-Access Built to AMAZE! Pre-show, Mrs. Flati was responsible for one-on-one personal interactions with all of our Ringling Bros. guests. She also was a vital part of our pre-show clown performances. She truly knows how to command the audiences’ attention and draw them into her world while displaying incredible charisma, uniqueness, and raw talent.

Mrs. Flati was truly an asset to Clown Alley. She not only excelled in our pre-show but in every aspect of our two and a half hour production. She was expected by the show’s management and myself to be in all production numbers where each cast member was given professionally skilled choreography that was performed in a high caliber fashion.  Flati was able to fulfill these tasks while she also maintained flawless personality traits.  Also, she originated roles in both production gags, or main acts, that Clown Alley was responsible for during the show. Both gags required Flati to play for an audience in the thousands and fill the stage space with comedy, professionalism, and an eye to be creative within the ring.

Again, Genevieve Flati is a hard working individual and possesses wonderful potential to be a vital asset to in any company. I hope she will be a top contender to join your cast.

Laughter always,
